The Ripe is from Austin, TX, and produces a clever blend of pop, folk, and psychedelic rock. Their debut, Into Your Ears, is an incredibly enjoyable experience with a vintage sound reminiscent of the psychedelic 60's. It is definitely worth checking out, especially if you're a fan of 60's style rock as we from Albino Redd sure are. We look forward to playing with these guys as well as Savage and the Big Beat this coming Friday at Club de Ville, so we'll see you there!
