Savage and the Big Beat comes from from Denton, TX and writes creative and inventive, up-tempo music that captures the sounds of their "child-like imagination" well. From their debut The Comet Cometh to their latest release Love and Hunting, their songs are very entertaining and, though often short and quirky, just down right fun to listen to. The Ripe is from Austin, TX, and produces a clever blend of pop, folk, and psychedelic rock. Their debut, Into Your Ears, is an incredibly enjoyable experience with a vintage sound reminiscent of the psychedelic 60's. It is definitely worth checking out, especially if you're a fan of 60's style rock as we from Albino Redd sure are. We look forward to playing with these guys as well as Savage and the Big Beat this coming Friday at Club de Ville, so we'll see you there!

Super Bowl!

Well hello! Today is Super Bowl Sunday and we from Albino Redd will be having our own little Super Bowl party in South Austin. We hope you all have great fun for the Super Bowl this year, and be safe out there wherever you end up!
